"Let's keep the children at school and prevent them from the hazards of the street" This is a working title .The idea is that students shouldn't associate school only with tedious lessons and boredom, strict teachers but they should think of it as something attractive and desirable. The project will try to show that students can bring changes to their schools making them look much more modern, cosy as more and more students leave school without even finishing it. This will roughly happen in 3 aspects ; the way the school looks - how clean and tidy it is, pictures, posters, plants, greenery, etc.. Second; lessons and how students are involved in them , not just as passive recipients but as active participants, adding to the effective process of learning by developing and presenting lessons of their own, based on their interests and creativity, working in teams. Third; Students will be involved in a number of extracurricular activities - various clubs, sport games, Do it Yourself workshops lead by parents which can last even during the holidays so that children should not expose themselves to the hazards of the street..

These workshops will tighten the bond between parents and children, develop some skills which they can use in their life after school and then the things they have produced , for example benches, wastebins, flowerpots , etc will be used to decorate the school and make it more beautiful, exhibitions will be organised to display the objects which students themselves have made. This will include the fact that some of the objects could be donated to various instutions ,homes for elderly people or places for children who have no parents. Furthermore, children with special needs can also be included in project in order to integrate them and help them develop.

Our Activities in Italy

This is a video about our meeting with children in Foggia (Italy). Ten pupils from Spain, five children from Turkey aged 11-12 came to our school and were hosted by our families for nearly a week. We did a lot of activities together. We visited the Castellana Caves and we went to Alberobello in our region, in Puglia.

Our students interview the foreign students asking about the local food that they tasted in Foggia.

This video shows how the spirit of love and cooperation among different cultures  and knowledges can create a better school and world.

This is a project about first aid in the school or in the Street.

We realized a sport competition and the best classes in the school received a prize by our local authorithy

Our students went to Spain and were hosted by the Spanish families. During the school day they followed the lessons and did lots of activities.
